When you request a demo, submit a project or partnership enquiry, or open a support ticket, we collect the contact, company, phone, email, project context and message details that you provide.
To attribute enquiries and protect the service, we may also record the source page, referral and UTM parameters, browser and device type, visit time, IP address and essential security logs.
How we use it
We use this information to respond, arrange demonstrations, provide support, detect duplicate or abusive requests, and improve website content and service workflows. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for unrelated automated marketing without separate notice and consent.
Analytics and third parties
The website can use Google Analytics and Baidu Analytics to understand visits, device categories and traffic sources. Except for functions required to operate the website, these third-party analytics tools load only after you choose “Allow analytics”.
Technical data may be processed by the relevant service provider under its own privacy terms. You can withdraw consent for future visits through “Privacy settings” in the footer.
Retention and security
We retain personal information only for the shortest period needed to complete the enquiry, support or partnership discussion. When that purpose ends or you request deletion, we delete or anonymise the information unless applicable law requires otherwise.
