What You Will Do
- Oversee full-device HW/SW testing and full-lifecycle quality for industrial security and edge-acquisition intelligent hardware.
- Develop test strategies, plans, and cases; apply AI-assisted testing to improve coverage and efficiency.
- Execute hardware reliability tests: image quality, temperature rise, power consumption, high/low temperature, vibration, RF, audio, GPS, etc.
- Execute Android and APP software tests; use adb, packet capture, and serial logs to locate issues.
- Track defects, perform root cause analysis, verify fixes, and drive quality closed-loop resolution.
- Build automated test platforms, optimize processes, reproduce after-sales faults, and drive product iteration.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's+ in Electronics, Communications, Automation, CS, IoT, etc.
- 3+ yrs intelligent hardware testing; familiar with security/IoT/smart home/edge gateways; AI-assisted testing a plus.
- Able to write test plans, cases, and reports; familiar with standardized documentation.
- Strong logic and root cause analysis; use AI/data to locate HW/SW issues and close loops.
- Python/Shell; hands-on automation testing; AI test frameworks a plus.
- Hands-on testing in video surveillance, edge gateways, industrial IoT; understand HW/SW architecture and quality risks.
