What You Will Do
- Own tech strategy, architecture design and implementation; manage hardware, software, algorithms and architecture; align tech with business goals to support product iteration and market growth.
- Lead tech team in product planning and breakthroughs: Agent engineering/productization, foundation model design/invocation, smart hardware R&D, algorithm optimization and upgrades; boost core competitiveness.
- Build an efficient, professional tech team; lead team development and management; create an innovative, execution-driven tech talent pipeline; enhance team capability and retain talent.
- Track frontier tech trends and innovations in AI, IoT, industrial intelligence, etc.; align with business needs to introduce new tech and solutions, driving innovation and product upgrades.
- Coordinate tech with product, marketing, operations and other teams; ensure R&D progress, quality and delivery efficiency; resolve key cross-department technical collaboration issues.
- Lead external tech cooperation and exchange; build industry tech resource networks; enhance the company's tech brand influence.
What We Are Looking For
- Age: Under 40, ideally around 35; energetic, innovative, and able to adapt to fast-paced business growth.
- Education: Bachelor's or above from a 985 university; majors in CS, electronic information, automation, AI, etc.; solid theoretical foundation.
- Experience: Big-tech background required (Hikvision, Dahua, Huawei, DJI, EZVIZ preferred); 3+ yrs tech management; R&D/management in AI industrialization, smart hardware, security, or automotive electronics preferred.
- Technical: Deep knowledge/hands-on experience in hardware, software, algorithms, architecture; familiar with AI deployment, smart hardware R&D, embedded systems, IoT; can lead complex architecture design and delivery.
- Management: Excellent team management, coordination, and decision-making; skilled at motivating teams; able to lead teams to deliver R&D and projects efficiently.
- Innovation: Sharp technical insight and innovative mindset; able to identify industry tech trends and drive tech innovation/product breakthroughs based on business needs.
- Professionalism: Strong sense of responsibility, ambition, and stress resistance; align with company philosophy; willing to grow with the company; good communication and cross-department collaboration skills.
